Here are some claims that have arisen on the Public Liability side and Employers liability area pertaining to Events and Fetes -in recent times –

We have seen some instances of food poisoning where the sausages undercooked cost the chef was unused to cooking anything! –

Another example where the Irish dancer fell off the end of temporary stage because there was no clear marking that stage ended! –

We have seen some claims resulting from a fall from a ladder whilst erecting bunting.

And one at a dart throwing competition where the dart landed on the wrong eye!
